Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 27, 2014, BBCN Bancorp, Inc. (“BBCN”) issued a press release concerning its results of operations and financial condition for the four quarter and full year ended and as of December 31, 2013. A copy of the January 27, 2014 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 28, 2014, BBCN issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend to $0.075 per common share. The cash dividend will be paid on or about February 21, 2014 to all stockholders of record as of February 7, 2014. A copy of the January 28, 2014 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
