(b) The Registrant announced today that, effective December 20, 2013, Steven Miller, Vice President- Sales and Marketing has relinquished his executive positions with the Registrant and its subsidiaries. Mr. Miller will remain in the employ of the Registrant’s South African marketing subsidiary.
