On December 16, 2013, School Specialty, Inc. (“School Specialty”) issued a press release reporting its earnings for the second quarter of fiscal 2014 and giving earnings guidance for the remainder of fiscal 2014.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
