Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 2, 2013, Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. announced that Terry Kew will be stepping down as Chief Operating Officer effective today in order to return to Australia with his family. Pursuant to the terms of his employment agreement, Mr. Kew will receive, as severance, his base salary for a period of one year, payable in accordance with the company’s ordinary payroll practices.
