Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 7, 2013, Accellent Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
