On October 7, 2013, First National Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing appointments to three senior management positions at First National Community Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Joseph J. Earyes, CPA, First Senior Vice President, was appointed Chief Retail Banking & Operations Officer, Brian C. Mahlstedt, First Senior Vice President was appointed Chief Lending Officer, and Cathy J. Conrad, Senior Vice President was appointed Credit Administration Officer for the Bank. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
