On September 13, 2013 judgment was entered dismissing litigation commenced against Aetrium Incorporated by UTHE Technology Corporation in 1993 in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. For further information, please refer to the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference herein.
