On September 11, 2013, Ventrus Biosciences, Inc. issued a press release announcing positive results from clinical dermal safety and pharmacokinetic studies of diltiazem (Ven 307). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
