On August 23, 2013, Pacific Continental Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release announcing that the Corporation’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pacific Continental Bank, has been named, among others, as a defendant in a lawsuit. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
