Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective August 12, 2013, Mr. Beau Swenson resigned from his positions as Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of the Company and assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Planning and Allocation. Mr. Swenson will lead the efforts of merchandise planning and allocation for the Company, as well as execution of the Company’s core systems replacement and supply chain strategies. Mr. Swenson joined the Company in 2004.
The Company has begun a search for Mr. Swenson’s replacement. Mr. Edward Wilhelm, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the role of the Company’s principal accounting officer.
