Item 2.02: Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (the “Company”) is amending its Form 8-K dated July 25, 2013 which attached the Company’s 2013 second quarter earnings release also dated July 25, 2013 (the “Original Earnings Release”). The Original Earnings Release mistakenly referred to the “June 30” period as “March 31” in the Company’s Consolidated Statements of Cash Flow table. The Company reissued its earnings release with the corrected date. No other changes are being made. A copy of the revised press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
