On June 27, 2013, JBI, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on June 26, 2013, the U.S. District Court in the State of Massachusetts issued a ruling granting the individual defendants’ motion to dismiss the previously disclosed stockholder derivative lawsuit against certain former officers and directors with the Company named as a nominal defendant. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the ruling is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
