Increase in authorized shares
On May 31, 2013, the Company, by majority written consent of the shareholders, increased its authorized share amount from 775,000,000 shares, of which 750,000,000 related to common shares and 25,000,000 related to preferred shares, to 1,000,000,000 shares of which 975,000,000 relate to common shares and 25,000,000 relate to preferred shares.
