Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
American Realty Capital Trust IV, Inc. (the “Company”) prepared a presentation providing an overview of the Company in light of its expected acquisition of a portfolio of 986 net lease properties from GE Capital. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
