Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 7, 2013, Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will host a conference call today at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time/4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
