On April 23, 2013, we issued a press release announcing our intention to seek approval to construct a natural gas-fueled generation facility in Cecil County, Maryland. This announcement follows the evaluation of approximately 80 proposals we received in response to a Request for Proposals for long-term power supply options that we issued in 2012. In April 2013, our Board of Directors approved the pursuit of the construction of a natural gas-fueled generation facility in Cecil County, Maryland. A copy of the press release is attached.
