On April 15, 2013, Hooker Furniture Corporation (the “Company”) held a teleconference and live internet web cast to present its fiscal 2013 annual and fourth quarter results. The web cast has been archived for replay on the Company's web site at www.hookerfurniture.com in the Investor Relations section. A transcript of the web cast is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated in response to this item by reference.
