Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 19, 2013, Equinox Fund Management, LLC, the managing owner of the Currency Series of The Frontier Fund (the “Currency Series”), will be terminating and liquidating the Currency Series. All existing investors as of April 19, 2013 will be redeemed as of that date’s net asset value per unit. Payment for redeemed units will be made shortly thereafter. This change does not affect any other series of The Frontier Fund.
