On February 28, 2013, BSB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Belmont Savings Bank (the “Bank”), issued a press release announcing the Bank’s plans to open two new full service in-store branches. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
