This Amendment No. 1 to Current Report on Form 8-K/A (the “Amendment”) amends the Current Report on Form 8-K of Octagon 88 Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), as filed with the SEC on October 15, 2012, related to the share purchase agreement with Zentrum Energie Trust AG (“Zentrum”) (the “Agreement”).
The Company inadvertently filed the incorrect exhibit to this filing and we are filing this Amendment No. 1 solely to file the correct exhibit.
