On February 8, 2013, GMX Resources Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial and operational information for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
