On December 10, 2012, eMagin Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share to all common shares and preferred shares (on an as-converted basis), payable on December 26, 2012 to all shareholders of record as of December 20, 2012. The Company’s press release dated December 10, 2012 announcing this special cash dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
