Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
Christopher A. Brown is no longer serving as Executive Vice President, President and Chief Operating Officer of Nash Finch Wholesale, effective immediately. Mr. Brown will remain with the Company until his separation on January 3, 2013 to assist in the transition of his duties and ongoing matters.
