On October 29, 2012, Amtech Systems, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release reporting preliminary revenues for fiscal 2012 and the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012 and development of further cost reduction plans. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
