Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
The Board of Directors of Pacific WebWorks, Inc. (the “Company”) has accepted Christian R. Larsen’s resignation as a director of the Company. Mr. Larsen’s resignation is effective as of October 22, 2012. Mr. Larsen has resigned his directorship to pursue other interests.
At this time, the Board of Directors does not intend to fill the vacancy on the board resulting from Mr. Larsen’s departure.
