TOWER FINANCIAL CORPORATION DECLARES THIRD QUARTER CASH DIVIDEND OF $0.055 PER SHARE

FORT WAYNE, INDIANA – July 25, 2012 – Tower Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: TOFC) announced today that its board of directors declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.055 per share on the Corporation’s common stock. The dividend is payable on August 21, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2012.

“We are pleased to be in a position to restore a dividend to our shareholders and to continue along the path of increasing our shareholders’ return on their investment and trust in Tower” stated Mike Cahill, President and CEO.
