(Manhattan, KS, July 18, 2012) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the second quarter of 2012 after the market closes on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 10:00 am (CT).
