Section 7 – Regulation FD

Item 7.01      Regulation FD Disclosure.

Snap Interactive, Inc. (the “Company”) confirms the objectives of appointing at least three independent board members to the Company’s Board of Directors and subsequently potentially listing shares of the Company’s common stock on a national securities exchange.  The Company has not established any particular time frame for achieving these objectives. The Company has met with, and will continue meeting with, potential board members but will not appoint independent board members unless and until it finds members with the skill set required to facilitate the Company’s growth and vision.
