Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 11, 2017, Global Medical REIT Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial position as of March 31, 2017, and operating results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2017 and other related information. A copy of the press release has been furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
