Delta Air Lines, Inc. today issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Monroe Energy, LLC, has reached agreement to acquire the Trainer refinery complex. The press release and related presentation materials are filed as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
