On April 25, 2012, we issued a press release announcing our earnings for the first quarter of 2012. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.

Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 25, 2012, we also announced that our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per common share, an increase from our prior regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 20, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2012. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
