Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On March 23, 2012, ARK Restaurants Corp. (the “Company”) held its 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting”).
At the Meeting, a total of 2,937,612 votes out of 3,244,845 issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock voted.
