Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On March 21, 2012, First Financial Northwest, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Bylaws to provide shareholders with more flexibility in voting through telephonic and electronic voting. A copy of the Company’s Amended and Restated Bylaws are attached hereto as Exhibit 3.2.
