Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 15, 2012, Park Electrochemical Corp. (the “Company”) issued a news release declaring a quarterly dividend payable on May 4, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 6, 2012. The Company’s transfer agent has advised the Company that holders of record at the close of business on April 5, 2012 will be holders on the record date because the New York Stock Exchange is not open for trading on April 6, 2012.
