Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement |
On March 5, 2012, Richard L. Tinsley submitted a letter of resignation as Executive Vice President of ResCare Workforce Services, effective April 15, 2012. Mr. Tinsley’s employment agreement with the Company will terminate upon his departure.
