On March 1, 2012, FluoroPharma Medical, Inc. The services to be provided include start-up activities for the set-up of the trial, clinical regulatory affairs and review of IMPD, commencing on March 1, 2012 through June 1, 2012. The LOI contemplates the entry into a definitive contract and provides for the payment of an aggregate compensation of $290,271.51 to SGS, $174,162.91 of which was paid upon execution of the LOI and the balance to be paid within 30 days of the receipt of an invoice.
