On February 28, 2012, Landauer, Inc. issued a News Release announcing the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.55 per share for the second quarter of fiscal 2012. The dividend will be paid on April 3, 2012 to shareholders of record on March 9, 2012. A copy of the News Release is furnished as Exhibit  99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
