Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 16, 2012, NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the “Company”) issued a press release discussing financial results for the year ended December 31, 2011, and providing earnings guidance for 2012 in the range of $2.35 - $2.50 per fully diluted share. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
