In connection with the annual report filed on Form 10-K of Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC (the “Company”) for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2011, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), I, Ron Lutovsky, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
