On November 8, 2011, Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it is presenting at the 24th Annual U.S. Psychiatric and Mental Health Congress, being held November 7 - 10, 2011. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
