VIASYSTEMS WILL HOST SECOND QUARTER 2011 RESULTS
CONFERENCE CALL ON AUGUST 9, 2011
ST. LOUIS, July 18, 2011 – Viasystems Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:VIAS) expects to release results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 before the market opens. Management plans to discuss the results of the quarter during a conference call with investors at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 9, which Viasystems will broadcast live via the Internet.
