On July 20, 2011, the Board of Directors of BankFinancial Corporation (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per common share. The dividend will be payable on September 2, 2011 to stockholders of record on August 10, 2011.
A copy of the press release announcing these items is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
