Imminent Danger Order Vacated

On June 30, 2011, Rhino Resource Partners LP (the “Rhino”) filed a current report on Form 8-K relating to, in part, the receipt by its subsidiary, Hopedale Mining LLC, of an imminent danger order issued by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (“MSHA”) on June 28, 2011.  MSHA subsequently determined that the condition giving rise to the order did not constitute an imminent danger, and on July 5, 2011 vacated the order.
