Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 21, 2011, South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC’ held its 2011 annual meeting of members in Volga, South Dakota. At the annual meeting, the members voted for the election of seven persons to serve on the board of managers. The following persons ran unopposed and were elected by unanimous ballot with the exception of Kent Howell in District 1 whose election was contested:
