AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR.

On June 15, 2011, we amended our articles of incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of our common stock from one hundred million (100,000,000) to three hundred and fifty million (350,000,000), par value $0.00001 per share, and to increase the number of authorized shares of our preferred stock from one hundred million (100,000,000) to one hundred fifty million (150,000,000), par value $0.00001 per share.
