On May 25, 2011, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Sean E. Menke will be joining the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The express provisions of Mr. Menke’s employment agreement have not been determined at this time. The Company will file an amendment to this report after a definitive agreement has been executed.
