| Item 2.02. | RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION |
On May 12, 2011, Northwest Pipe Company (the “Company”) held a telephone conference call (the “Earnings Conference Call”) to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2011, which were announced in a press release issued May 10, 2011. A copy of the transcript of the Earnings Conference Call is filed herewith as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
During the Earnings Conference Call, a request for additional information regarding the percentage of Tubular Products backlog related to energy products was made. Of the $64 million in backlog as of March 31, 2011, 70% related to energy products.
