Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 16, 2011, China Industrial Waste Management, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing (i) certain financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2011; (ii) guidance for the first half of fiscal year 2011; and (iii) a conference call to be held by the Company on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time to discuss the financial results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
