On May 5, 2011, Glenn D. Hemminger, the Company’s Director of Finance and Treasurer, tendered
his resignation from the Company, effective May 13, 2011. Mr. Hemminger has served as Director of
Finance since 2008, and as Treasurer since September 2010, assisting the Company in its November
2010 registered secondary offering and its recently completed refinancing transaction with Sun Life
Assurance Company of Canada.
