On April 21, 2011, Mr. Robert J. Majteles voluntarily resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”) of Unify Corporation (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Majteles had served as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Majteles’ decision to resign from the Board of Directors was not over any disagreement on any matter with the Company.
